It's Already May!

I cannot believe it's already May. April seemed to go by so fast. I can hardly remember what I got up to last month, although my iPod kept track of what music I was listening to! So in honour of April I made a playlist of some of my favourite songs I listened to last month. Enjoy!

Rainy Day Wish List

I work in a pub here in one of the many Shires of England, and Sundays tend to be the busiest days. But today the rain meant I had a shorter shift! Yay! It's always nice to be able to leave work and do what ever it is I feel like doing instead of standing round and looking busy. So I made my first wish list of the blog. It's full of things I would buy if I didn't feel I should perhaps curb my spending, and also if I had the money to burn. :)

Hi, my name is Ashleigh, and this is my first hopeful attempt at blogging.
I am 21, I live in rainy ol' England, and I'm currently cat-less and single.
I'm hoping to use this blog to join in with the blogging community and make friends who have similar interests  in common with me. I also hope frequently posting to this blog will help bolster my creativity, and also aide my ability to follow through on personal plans. In the future I hope to post tutorials, recipes, outfits posts, and my most favourite of all things; wishlists. (I would much rather I didn't have to wish for things though ^_^)

I play the ukulele, I occasionally do embroidery (I run fuckyeahembroidery on tumblr), and I love to paint my nails. I recently got a new hair cut (yesterday!), and I feel completely like a better person, more like me. It's strange what changing your hair or clothes can do to yourself. I hope I never lose this feeling.

Well, cheerio. I do hope you enjoy your time looking around my blog if this takes off for me. I hope to have some decent content here sharpish.
